all for your kind words. We are not doing badly, all things considered . . . just trying to get back up to speed. (Especially since Christmas approaches, faster every day.) So I will not be online much this month; in fact, I may just turn the computer off most of the time for the next few weeks. I have many, many things to get done—letters to answer, gifts to make, and so on and so forth. I'll try to post off and on (I do have groundhog pictures, after all) and check my email once a week or so, but more than that . . . well, if you really need to get in touch, an actual old-fashioned letter would probably work best.

I am pretty much in the same position, my friend. Not even REMOTELY ready with ANY gifts, unable to afford mailing this year so pretty much making only token gifts for local friends, and too tired to be REALLY upset over it. That doesn't mean I'm not loving Christmas as much as I always do. I'm just accepting my limitations! LOVE YOU SO MUCH! If we DON'T make contact again beforehand, Merry Christmas!!!
