Wooooohoooo! We are on the same journey, my friend! I started a weight loss/exercise program when RAY'S blood pressure was 160/102. I worked out an eating plan for HIM, and started doing it, too. He's lost 13 pounds since May 7 (probably more but we won't weigh again till the 1st of July) and I've lost 26 so far. I'm so proud of you, Anita! AND of US! We're going to be so freakin' healthy! LOVE YOU! P.S. Ray's blood pressure is CONSISTENTLY 112/75 THESE days!

Well, that's three of us. Lost 25 since February. It sneaks up on one, and I was determined NOT to let it sneak back up to the sixty+ I lost a few years ago. We Rock!! Congrats to you and Kai, from someone who knows how hard it can be.
