I’ll stand for John Edwards  — and be damned if I won’t stand up for Hillary Clinton, too.

I’m tired of making nice.

I’m tired of post-partisanship.

I’m tired of seeing and hearing the candidates with the guts and the experience and yes, the popular appeal to beat John McCain in November get swept aside in behalf of a candidate who offers me nothing but “unity".

I’m tired of compromise.

I’m tired of trying to pretend the America I was willing to fight for, risk life and limb on behalf of, still exists or would be restored under another Republican President, no matter if he were John Sidney McCain or not.

I’m tired of hearing how my life and work and concerns are of no moment; I’m tired of hearing that I’m “just a dumb old girl.”
